Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to operate vehicles, large riding mowers, string trimmers, small tractors, various hand tools, pressure washers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and loading/unloading pick-up trucks.Perform equipment maintenance including but not limited to cleaning, fueling, checking fluids levels, inspecting, documenting, and reporting problems, etc...Ability to tolerate working in various weather conditions.Ability to work overtime if weather permits.Be able to work independently or in groups.Ability to lift approximately 50-70 pounds.Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions proficiently.Ability to perform relatively heavy and repetitive duties safely and efficiently.Must possess a high degree of responsibility, cooperation, courtesy, honesty, and self-value.Class A Drivers LicenseMust be willing to travel and stay overnight when job sites are too far to drive to daily.Must have experience mixing chemicals.Pesticide Applicator License and other related certifications.
